Narrative: On 06/14/2008, the two subjects, both armed with handguns, conducted a taker over style robbery of the Twin City Bank, 520 South Bowman Road, Little Rock, Arkansas. Both subjects had some type of makeup on their faces and one wore a wig. The subjects left the robbery in a late model, blue, Dodge Charger. Both subjects should be considered armed and dagerous.
